Bankside House — the 12-unit condo project at the site of the former Save the Children headquarters on Wilton Road — is rising rapidly.

    Listing prices start at around 2.2 million and increase to above 4.2 million. Not exactly “Affordable Housing.”

    The “affordable housing” horse left the barn so many years ago…..the ultimate irony is that this affordable housing is being built on the site of the Save The Children tear down.
