Photo Challenge #619

Where would you find a wooden sculpture of a court jester, ringed with light bulbs?

On the wall at Little Barn @ Dunville’s, of course.

We’re not sure why he’s there. We can’t remember how long.

But 8 readers knew exactly where they’d find the subject of last week’s Photo Challenge. (Click here to see.)

Congratulations to Dave Eason, Bruce Taylor, Jim McKay, Sal Liccione, Robert Mitchell, Jonathan McClure, Seth Schachter and Rachel Sara Halperin. You know your restaurant décor.

And if anyone knows how or why that guy is hanging at Little Pub: We’d love to hear the back story.

Now on to the next course: this week’s challenge.

It’s got its own back story.

Mark Mathias sent it along for a Roundup item. He was intrigued because there is a button for pedestrians to push to keep the light red on all sides as they cross.

But there is no pedestrian crossing. And it’s in an area where there is no reason for anyone to talk.

Strange. It didn’t work well for the Roundup. But we’ve repurposed it for our Photo Challenge.

If you know where in Westport you’d see it, click “Comments” below.
