Red skies in the morning, sailors take warning. Red skies at night, sailors delight.
I always enjoyed the glorious sunsets at the apartment in Tucson I lived at from 1991 till 2009. They never had the same effect as sunsets over water though. Thanks for sharing these taken at Compo Beach, a place I have not been at for over five decades.
In England we had a similar phrase… Red Sky at night – Shepherd’s delight, Blue sky at night – Day.
