    I hope everyone will support Party Harty instead of this store. Party Harty is a small local business who really needs Halloween revenue! I can’t stand these pop ups.

    Spirit Halloween popping-up around, too. Newtown, Danbury, probably more. Spirit is run by Spencer Gifts. Hit and Run profits. Storefront owners are happy to take a few months rent over nothing at all.
