Winter or holiday decor? Looks pretty but please, no real flakes for a long, long time.
Actually Dan,
There were a few snowflakes on Sunday afternoon
Oooooh nice!
I was a bit disappointed in last years decorations on Main Street.
There were a few strings of lights.
Can’t we get through Hallowe’en first?
“Be careful what you wish for, lest it come true”!
Then again, thanks to climate change, eastern North America is bound to get another blast.
p.s. Is this the work of Westport’s RTM? If so, what a shame.
We are so seasonal here in Westport. And the downtown committee so capitalistic
Now I get it! This is only a test!
Otherwise, what municipality would celebrate Winter Solstice before Veteran’s Day? So smart of you!
It’s too soon for winter-themed decor – ANYWHERE!
I was in Home Depot (or maybe it was Lowe’s) a few weeks back, and they had Christmas trees up already. Ugh.
Gosh, I remember when we didn’t think about Christmas until the day after ‘Thanksgiving – which was really nice!!! Pretty soon the media and stores will start advertising Christmas on July 4th!!! PLEASE, as Bobbie Herman said, “Can’t we get through Halloween first?”!!!!!!
