Just crazy! Sad to see how many people decided they needed to drive through the deep water and got stuck. SMH
Julie.. you’re exactly right about that, especially with diesel at $7.00 dollars a gallon and gas over $4.00. When I was born, gas was 19 cents a gallon and when I got my driver’s license 17 years later, gas rose NINE cents to 28 cents per gallon!
I like the pic off the deer It’s very obvious that 06880 wild animal population is growing. Deer. Fox. Bobcats Coyotes Racoons. Skunk. Chipmunks Squirrels. Hawks Eagles are much more prevalent and closer to home. At some point in time the issue should be addressed. Deer droppings all over our property. ticks. and local pet attacks are just a few things that the town leaders may address? Deer are hanging out ever closer and closer to main roads. When driving at high speed an impact is a concern ?? The deer blend into the Landscaoe and are hard to locate.
your family doodle or golden retriever rolling in Deer poop and then in your bed ?
Massive overlap between the people who try to drive through flooded streets (the train underpass is such a rookie move), and those who leave their keys in their car and have it stolen.
Wild scenes out there. Somebody saw fit to remove caution tape preventing people from driving into a massive flooded area at Morningside and Post, and the green police barriers blocking Post Road on either side of the intersection were just casually moved aside and dismissed by people that deemed their travel more important than their neighbors’ safety. Be safe, be smart.
