    Cute, creative bubbler! What if an equally creative companion fountain were to be installed that would be accessible to the disabled?

    They had one in the plan but according to unconfirmed sources Tooker and Foti made a “command decision” to take it to Lyman instead.

    If so, a bold and commendable gesture. However, that leaves the town exposed to a federal civil rights violation. As minor an infraction as it may appear to be, I’m sure that wasn’t their intention.
