They had one in the plan but according to unconfirmed sources Tooker and Foti made a “command decision” to take it to Lyman instead.
If so, a bold and commendable gesture. However, that leaves the town exposed to a federal civil rights violation. As minor an infraction as it may appear to be, I’m sure that wasn’t their intention.
