VERY Nice – gives Westport a classical look – like a view in England or Europe. And the color is perfect. I didn’t know there were brickwalk sidewalks – is that what I see?
We both have to admit — also being out here in New England’s Last Westward Outpost — that, although it does not look at all like Westport in 1953 (you) or 1956 (my 1st sure memories of downtown), it remains — Westport.

INTERESTING. CAN EVEN SEE THE SERENA AND LILY SHOP ON ELM STREET LOCATED IN THE GUNN BUILDING THAT WAS MOVED FROM 35 CHURCH LANE . .
Great shot John.

Beautiful picture John! My son in-law the photographer never disappoints.
Even from a distance of 2,950 miles –from Portland, Oregon,– it is reassuring to see that Westport looks like it did in 1953. Hello, Peter!
