The Corner Spirit Shop. I can envision it red, with a real old-fashion sign hanging from the roof.
The building at the road had a more consistent architecture when it was the Corner Spirits Shop and the house part had a porch (see Fred’s photo). But the whole ambience of the area was destroyed when that monster that overhangs everything was built. At the time I named it “The Potala of Westport.” (For anyone unfamiliar with that name, go to Google and type in “Potala palace Lhasa, Tibet” You’ll see what I mean.)
