Crowds are what it was designed for. The doggies and their person are checking it out.
I wish more dog walkers were conscientious about cleaning up after their dogs here. I walk my dogs all around Westport except in Winslow Park (which is totally out of control with big dogs off leash). The grounds of the Levitt and the outer path are sometimes truly disgusting.
