Yesssss!!! I’m so glad you posted this, and Marcy Sansolo took the picture. I too was at Wholefoods and had difficulty finding a parking spot because of these same carts!! #shameful
Did the rain shrink the carts?
I’m reminded of a sign you used to find in nice public bathrooms – “Please leave this room as you would like to find it.”
