I’ve heard from several readers who subscribe by email that the “comment” button no longer appears when the blog is delivered by email. (You can still comment, of course, by going to www.danwoog06880.com).
I’ve fixed the problem by changing the service that handles subscriptions. Unfortunately, the new service cannot import current subscribers.
You have 2 options:
- Click on the new “Subscribe to ‘06880’ by email — It’s free!” button on the right side at www.danwoog06880.com. You’ll once again have the ability to comment — and read comments — directly. (Bonus: You get a “cleaner” version of each post, with photos and captions where they should be.) Be sure to “unsubscribe” from your previous subscription, so you won’t get 2 emails for each post.
- Do nothing. Downside: You have to go to the blog itself to comment, or read comments.
Also, I’ve heard that users who subscribe via a reader (if you don’t know what that is, you can stop reading now) are having delivery issues too. If that’s true, please shoot me a private email (email@example.com) and let me know what’s happening.
