If you’re paying any attention to the trends in both first marriage age and number of children, so many of these behemoths will be tough sells in a decade. High end smaller homes is where the cheese moved.
My parents raised 5 children in that small ranch on Manitou – but everyone was accustomed to smaller places during most of the 20th Century, so it was not so unusual not to have a separate wing for each child. However did we manage?
