These pictures never grow old. 60 summers or so ago I was a lifeguard at Burying Hill beach. It was the first summer since ‘59 that I had not worked down Beachside Ave for FT and Ruth Bedford. I’m trying to remember the movie star from tge 1940’s and 50’s who came there often. No one bothered her and she delighted in her obscurity!
