The large, colorful flowers on Railroad Place at the Westport train station — next to the steps leading up to the westbound tracks — are gorgeous.
But, I thought, too many passengers are too rushed to notice it the arrangement.
Happily, I was completely wrong.
Last week’s Photo Challenge (click here to see) was quickly identified by Sandy Rothenberg, David Sampson, Andrew Colabella, Orlando Lehnder-Reilly, Seth Schachter, Ptti Brill, Michael Szeto, Lynn Untermeyer Miller, Jim McKay, Jeff Loechner, Micheal Simso and Mousumi Ghosh.
Nice to know that whoever is responsible for, and tends, them — I’m guessing the Westport Police Department, which oversees the station — is appreciated.
We head inside for today’s Photo Challenge. If you know where in Westport you’d see this, click “Comments” below.

Front porch of Dunvilles/Little Pub….
inside Westport Train station
Danville,s Little Pub
Dunville’s/Little Pub
Dunvilles
Bridge Street Square
It’s Dunville’s (now also known as Little Pub). If you haven’t been there in a while: call for a reservation!
I was gonna guess Black Duck maybe, but I’m late to the party! Amazing they kept it there … wonder if it’s functional?
Remember back in the day Kevin Brawley and Danny Hoerlick with the Lionel train running all around the ceiling tooting. If you beautifully painted your company logo on a rail car Dunville’s would train it around. And the liars poker games‼️💰💰
Hi Tom…Liars poker games and more than a few sunrises!! lol
Was having a party back when liquor stores closed early and often. Went to Dunville’s. Kevin took me to the basement filled with beer. “Take whatever you want!”
“How much do I owe you?”
“Nothing. Just replace what you took. This never happened‼️”
I’m going with dunvilles.
Still waiting for the guy with the shaggy hair, trench coat and dark glasses to seat people again, his name was Keith 😉 🇺🇸 👅
Train station…
Dunvilles/ Little Pub! I know that for sure because last year my 8 year old son used it “to play with” because he assumed it was “just for decoration “ and then got the scare of his lifetime when a police officer showed up to teach him an important lesson about not calling and hanging up on on 911!!
