My old neighborhood
We Lived across the street from Nyala from 1958-70
Charles, We were at 114 South Morningside Dr starting in 1961. We bought 8 acres from Starring who had that mansion at the top of hill on Clapboard. You know, the one with the 5 acre front lawn. We were pretty much neighbors.
Bought the 8 acres in 1958, built the house in 1961 for $40,000.
One of my fave places; my Girl Scout troop went for a visit when it was still a working dairy farm; memory embedded❤️
