    Wow, thank you everyone. Really means a lot.

    Can always find me at the mouth of the marina at sunset.

    So when I took this photo, I was observing a boat coming in to Compo marina. It cut into the channel at the last minute. The wake coming off of it set me up for what I was imagining.

    Most of the photos I take, I already picture ahead of time, just a matter of capturing it.

    I set myself up below the parking area by the kayak ramp, facing the sun. The wave came and I was not sure if I had gotten it.

    I went through my photos, saw for a split second and felt
    The connection to what I imagined and captured. And that was it.

    All my prints are for sale! They’re all Westport photos of all seasons and locations.
