Who is Fiona and what is the backstory? I missed it…
Betsy Kahn — who lived in the neighborhood — put up a sign several years ago at that spot (where Soundview intersects with Hillspoint). It referred to the “disappearing” nature of the area near the jetty, depending on the tide.
