LOVELY WESTPORT HOLIDAY TRADITION. THANKS TO ALL WHO ENABLED IT.
Few hundred tons of wrought iron never looked better
wish i was there, then maybe i play Fur Elise by Ludwig van Beethoven, at a nearby place. quick aside, when i was learning to drive my father ( RIP Hiram Haydn ) allowed me to drive him and his poet friend, attorney NYC/poet Melville Cane to the Saugatuck Train station. We were early, so Dad said to drive toward Westport for practice on Riverside Drive. As we neared to go around a nearby Rotary, I ‘panicked, and, knowing that I had to circle the Rotary somehow, I drove ( got away with it there in 1961 ) clockwise the opposite way around the Rotary. Please, someone pass the potato pancakes.
Beautiful‼️😊💥🌈
