In or about 1971 when Daddy missed his train from NYC, my very young daughter and I used to have our dinner of wonderful hamburgers made in a tiny shop on the beach. Would you have any record or better still a photo of that little building and its owner?
Probably the Compo Beach Concession which was directly across from the Gazebo, later demolished and relocated to its current location. Dan has shown pictures of the Gazebo as the second story of the bathhouses. It was then an outdoor eating area serviced by the concession. Good Memories! Regardless of the year!
