Pic Of The Day #529
This entry was posted in Environment, Pic of the Day, Weather and tagged Bulkley Pond dam. Bookmark the permalink.

I know where the water went… in my house. It failed as the tide was coming in. Sasco Pond area residents got the brunt of it.
Nothing has been done to fix the dam since that day, and it is a mud flat now. That little pond has been here for hundreds of years and is a beautiful, special little gem, as well as home to birds, fish, turtles, frogs, and much wildlife. We need a new dam.
