Great shot Dave!
Thanks January!
WOW!
Nice photo Dave!!!
Fantastic!
Thank you everyone! I love shooting photos around Westport! (Dan, I hope you don’t mind this) If you’d like to see more, check out my website at HDFAPhotography.com
I don’t mind the plug at all. Two of the great things about the Pic of the Day: It shows off Westport, in all its beauty and quirkiness. And it exposes so many of our great photographers — professional and amateur — to all our readers.
Anyone can submit a Pic of the Day (email high-res images to dwoog@optonline.net). NOTE: I’m looking for faces and people, as well as scenes. Vertical photos are particularly strong. The only caveat: There must be something that says “Westport” in the image. In other words, even though your rose bush might be lovely, I don’t want a closeup!
Dan: Re: “Pic of the Day
Having lived in Westport for over 40 years, and now residing in
The Villages, Florida, I REALLY appreciate your Pic of the Day.
Each of them brings back great memories of Westport and CT.
Please keep up the outstanding selection of shots . . . Bob Davis
Thanks, Bob — much appreciated. I’ll keep posting them if readers keep sending them!
This photo is my idea of high art.I’ve seen some great shots of Westport but this one may beat them all.
That’s an unusually beautiful photo, surreal.
