Pic Of The Day #12

Lovely weathered. Add a splash of color and imagine where?
Oh wow, I love this.
Really surreal, but somehow familiar (only because of past family and friends living in that area, from my 70’s and 80’s youth experiences).
But really, this is … good!
I’m thinking … this belongs in The New Yorker, in some art worthy context or another.
For some reason, looking at this, I thought of Homer … and Hopper … combined. A gut reaction, but not necessarily accurate, for purists of those works.
Anyway,
Thank you for sharing!
🤗
For instance, think “Rooms by the Sea”.

My gut reaction was Alex Colville meets Carl Larsson… Fun!
