Does this report tell us why our air is so bad? Is there ANYTHING we could do about it? Who would know?

Apparently we get some nasty pollution from the plants in Ohio? But anyone who has spent a day in Houston, with the wind out of the south (where the refineries lay) will rebut this claim.

High pressure system + lots of driving on a holiday weekend = ozone action day. The monitoring station is at Sherwood Island, so it gets the real flavor of I-95 🙂
