What I spotted at the beach today (Compo) included several NY state cars with coolers wide open and plenty of bottled (glass bottles) beer opened near the cannons and absolutely no town supervision (police, parks and rec) in sight.
Good eye. New Yorkers have only been doing that since 1953 when I moved here. That is why we used to tow every New York license plate automobile seen in the town. I kid you not.
