The Public Works Department is waiving fees for residents to dispose of yard waste at the 180 Bayberry Lane site (adjacent to the Westport-Weston Health District) until Saturday. NOTE: The fee will not be waived for commercial haulers.

It’s all very well waiving dumping fees for residents but most people are having to get commercial haulers to remove their trees. This means that residents are still being charged the large dumping fees through the companies they are hiring to remove the debris.
