    Well Dan…. the forecast did verify as told by the National Weather Service. We did get the minimum forecasted.
    It was all about location….location…location with this one, parts of eastern CT and RI had more than 20 inches… I would say thats impressive.
    The residents of DC would also say this was a doozie.
