    The photo is of a special spot along Hillspoint Rd. Sadly, the property owner there and on either side have tall hedges that block the views of the water for the strollers on the sidewalk. One of the property owners was good enough to keep its hedge at about three feet. It is my sense that seven foot tall hedges are not really needed at those locations.
