But 3 passengers — or clients — were wide-eyed enough to know that last week’s Photo Challenge showed the cat on a sign outside Poster Veterinary Associates, on that section of the Post Road. (Click here to see.)

Pat, that would have been my second guess. I haven’t been inside there either for years although I have certainly done a lot of curbside pickups. They’re the best.

Of course it is Gold’s Deli? Where else in Westport could it possibly be?!

Dan – when our ex-son-in-law acquired Gold’s from the original owner – Julius Gold – my wife and I found this pickle at the Antique center in Stratford and bought it for him as a gift. We thought it was the perfect display for Gold’s and it has been there since.
Oddly enough, just yesterday we ran into it’s brother at another antique market!
