A True Turkey Trot

Hundreds of folks worked up a Thanksgiving appetite at this morning’s Pequot Runners’ Turkey Trot.

But while they were racing through Westport and Fairfield, these guys were taking their sweet (potato) time crossing Sturges Highway.

There were about 20 of them, says Janine Scotti, who waited patiently as they passed by.

You can’t make this stuff(ing) up!

    Some years ago,also,on Thanksgiving morning,a large bunch of wild turkeys then appeared in my mom’s front yard ,Stamford. 🙂
    Agree,crazy ‘stuff(ing)’!! 🙂
