Wow, that is a great picture!
I can only go by my instincts and what I read on the Internet regarding the differences between a sunrise and a sunset. I decided that, due to the bluish color in the sky, this is a photo of a sunrise. I would expect the sky to be darker with more somber colors than the sunrise. According to the Internet, skies are clearer at dawn after the sun was absent during the night. At dusk, after the sun has illuminated the skies during the day, the skies tend to be darker with duller colors. Either way, it’s a nice shot of the sun shining brightly on the horizon.
