    How lovely to see photos of the oft-neglected sunrise. I never heard of Schlaet’s Point and wonder if the color I see on the rocks in the foreground is a reflection of it. How beautiful the water from the sound looks at Compo Beach lit up by the colors of the sunrise.

  3. Thank you for the link, Dan. I was surprised at the pic of the fallen gazebo. I liked the one if the grounds though with what I take to be a fountain. It is odd there is little mention of Schlaet in Wikipedia, a website I donated about $180 to last year because I turn to it so often for information. I only remember Compo and Burying Hill Beaches, not Old Mill. As you might know, there are no beaches in Tucson.
