At-Home Testing Kit Distribution: Today At 3 PM

At-home COVID test kits arrived this morning. They will be available this afternoon (Monoday, January 3), starting at 3 p.m., at the Greens Farms Railroad Station. Proof of Westport residency is required.

First Selectwoman Jen Tooker notes that Westport’s allocation is less than originally anticipated. Two test kits will be provided per vehicle, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tooker offers gratitude for “the dedication and professionalism displayed by our Emergency Management Team in preparing for and organizing this distribution procedure as quickly as possible after receipt of the shipment this morning.”

An at-home COVID test.

  1. Fargedaboudit!!

At 1:30pm the line of cars snaked all the way from the Greens Farm railroad station back onto Greens Farm Road to the Beachside Avenue overpass and onto Beachside Avenue!!

    We just went home!!

    Good Luck!!

  2. We live on Greens Farms Road and watched as the cars lined up in both directions from the train station…one way past the Sherwood Island Connector and the other way to the Post Road. At 3:35 the line had diminished so I got in line and received my 2 kits. Thank you to the volunteers who braved the cold temperatures and the wind to hand out the kits. A job well done!
