LOVELY RELAXING TWOSOME SIDE BY SIDE

That’s not relaxing. If the dog fell off it would not be easy to get it back on and comfortable.

And if the woman fell off the boat without a PFD, into the very cold water, it might not be easy for her to get back on, either. I agree, Peter, not relaxing.

      • I’m trying to figure out who got on first & how in that cold water?! But it’s a cute photo, nonetheless🐶

  3. No dog….NO dog would voluntarily get on that goddamed thing, and to put it there INvoluntarily approaches animal abuse…it’s horrific.

Now I’ll put in one defense. There’s a photographer nearby who’s also an experienced sailor,

I hope that experienced sailor was able to tell the obviously inexperienced sailor where she was going wrong. It is terrible to see something so dangerous. This could have ended in tragedy.

I’m guessing that everyone, including the dog, knows exactly what they’re doing. There are two problems with the picture: it may make some people think it’s easy and “relaxing” to take your pet on a board boat. And it may make the safety people go crazy.

I see so many people sailing/paddling with zero protective gear. It is good to see people here trying to make others alert to the dangers of hypothermia, even when the air temp is warm.
