Pics Of The Day #955

Presumably for a “three hour tour”…
Brings back memories! In the early ’60s, my father (SHS ’39) built a wood flat-bottom boat in our garage. He painted it gray, named it “Skip Jack” and used it to go fishing on Long Island Sound….and to teach me how to waterski. Our dog, Taffy, was the spotter. Every time I fell, she would bark. I learned how to water ski….still can!
I built a homemade boat
for the Great Race – lots
of fun.
wasn’t there a small craft advisory in effect?
