After this week’s news from NASA —  and thinking about our own Saugatuck hair salon — we might change it to “Where Westport meets the Kuiper Belt.”

    What makes this weirder is the secondary nazi/skinhead connotations of this name as the birthplace of the aryan race. Odd choice for a hair salon name regardless of which one of the definitions you pick though.

    I read that NASA will start to receive data and possible imagery within another week or so, and that the analysis and further clarification of that data will take a few months longer, give or take.

    Should be interesting, and I am glad that the bullshit government shutdown didn’t affect the progress of NASA on this project too much.
