Hate to bring up a concern as to this beautiful photogaph but the water run off system from I-95 into the Saugatuck River provides for that run off, much of which is quite polluted, to empty directly into the River. Many have tried to get the CT DOT and DEEP to correct this, but without success. CT DOT maintains that what exists was permitted a long time ago. Some of us do not agree with the CT DOT legal analysis.
