The name is Brussels sprouts, not Brussel. Someone needs a geography lesson.
I believe you mean the correct name is “Little green balls of death”.

The only way to prepare/eat Brussels sprouts is to sauté the leaves in a bit of bacon fat, butter and olive oil, adding crispy crumbled bacon to finish. Bon appetit!
