  4. Dan, I drove by earlier this afternoon and frankly the old house does not look very secure on its “underpinnings”…in fact it seems to be tilting somewhat backwards. Just another one of my concerns about the old place. Future planting, suggested earlier, is very secondary. Tina Gangi
