The Norwalk Avenue berm held yesterday, says photographer Betsy Phillips, and helped tame the first part of the storm. The Danbury Avenue berm washed away at the tail end of yesterday’s high tide.

Bill Kiedasch spotted this rainbow this morning, on Green’s Farms Road near South Compo.

    Fyi with all the batteries we are going through, i hope people remember to recycle batteries and dont throw them out! They are very bad for the environment
