Dovecote Droves

As a (very) light snow began falling just before 10 a.m., a large line formed outside Dovecote, across from the Y.

“I think they’re having a big sale,” one woman said.  Her uncertainty did not deter her from joining the queue.

Get ’em while they’re hot, Westport.

Whatever “they” are.

    dovecote is probably the most beautiful interior design and decorating shop in the area (w/the emphasis on design); it could be in the D&D. If there is a sale there I’m sorry to be missing it.

    I am sure the store is wonderful but shopping the day after Christmas seems rather extreme and . . . compulsive.
