Pic Of The Day #864
This entry was posted in Beach, Pic of the Day and tagged Compo Beach, Mobi-Mat. Bookmark the permalink.
S’cuze me. I’m old. What’s a mobi-mat?
The mats are a recently placed perk (or should I say, a needed “infrastructure improvement”) on the sand at Compo Beach, to accommodate people who may be disabled, mobility wise, in any sort of way, in order for them to more easily access more sandy areas of the beach, or get closer to the water, with greater ease.
And, “Mobi” is short for “Mobile”, hence better mobility for any disabled.
Oh! Nice. Good.
