  1. If they keep to the quality that they have in Saugatuck and their other locations that’s a very very good thing

  2. Will that be a second Westport location, or are they closing up in Saugatuck?

Didn’t Julians own the previous pizza place? The pizza was good and nice happy hour with decent wines. Is this a second coming with a new name Happy to return

  4. Is this replacing Bravo?

    • Certainly looks that way.

Certainly appears that way based on the signage. ps… I pass by this all of the time and I’m quite certain that Bravo has been closed for a long time. Perhaps the new attempt (Julians) will be more casual/informal/family friendly like the Saugatuck location. Hope it all works out!!!

  5. Maybe they’re just changing the name because of Rio Bravo right next door.

I remember Julian’s owners starting Bravo as a spin-off type restaurant, this looks more like a rebranding/marketing move (unless the space lease has actually changed hands, in which case – who knows what I’m thinking of).

  7. As long as Rio Bravo stays I’m happy

I hope they have been reading 06880 lately to make sure they make it a place where you can chat and not have to scream to barely be heard above the “buzz” and use some better materials to help the acoustics in this restaurant. I’m tired of not being able to talk to eachother in restaurants!

Sounds good though. Thanks for letting us know.
