Clearly, a person worried about the imminent moving of Starbucks to a location with adequate parking.
Just got the car washed and didn’t want the rain to ruin the shine??
Well, at least he’s not in the handicapped space.
That would appear to be a Mentally Handicapped space.

I could be wrong, but I think it’s Rick’s — the branch manager’s.
Right when I thought this mentality (and interest in) had run its course, it reappears.
Much like gun violence.

That’s the best place for him to protect his car from dings and scratches.
