To celebrate the royal nuptials next Friday — be still, my heart! — the Friends of Westport Library is sponsoring an “Elevenses Celebration,” from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Still — starting at 9 — breathless Westporters can watch a re-broadcast of this earth-shattering event.
At the stroke of 11 a.m. there’s the actual “Elevenses,” which the library calls “a typical British tradition, with tea, scones, clotted cream and jam.”
Yum!
