Justin Bieber’s Stop-The-Presses News

Last week, “06880” reported on the creative energies of 5 Coleytown Middle School girls.  They made and uploaded 15 videos, in an attempt to win a local showing of Justin Bieber’s new movie, “Never Say Never.”

All they needed was to get more clicks than any other contest entrants.

Well, never say never.  The quintet — Emme Boland, Olivia Lev, Colby Kranz, Alexa Davis and Kendall Rochlin — won the contest.  You go, girls!

However, because Westport has no actual movie theater :(, the girls had to come up with Plan B.  “06880” is proud to announce that Justin’s movie will be shown at — Coleytown Middle School!

Just kidding.

It’ll be in Norwalk.

Congratulations, though.  The teenagers learned great lessons in video production, marketing and press relations.

We’re sure they won’t have any trouble filling the theater.  And we look forward to their next video — #16 — documenting the entire big day.

It’s a little ironic, isn’t it, that Congratulations? Really NO movie theater anymore? I don’t know what to say about that, acually…
